" Poison is in everything, and no thing is

without poison. The dosage makes it either a

poison or a remedy.

~ Paracelsus

Have you ever wanted so much for

something to happen in your life that you were

blind to the negative effects it had on those

around you? Were your selfish motives turning

you into the worst version of yourself? This is a

tough lesson along life’s journey. Negative en-

ergy—caused by traumatic memories or

injustices—sticks around until it can express like

poison. Sometimes that poison is released in

ways that can feel like bad decisions and

behaviors.

Keep this in mind: Mistakes are often made

when natural intuition is ignored.

So often, one’s blind drive and

determination to achieve something will harm

everyone around them. To grow your spiritual

self, you must become more self-aware.

Learn to pay attention to the results of your

actions. Take full responsibility for whatever

consequences ensue—the negatives as well as

the positives. Apologize when necessary. The

energy in an apology is a marvelous tool that

solves so many problems...and it opens

opportunities for tremendous positive

transformation.

Have you ever taken a moment and

wondered how your thoughts, words, and

actions might have negatively affected the others

in your drive to succeed? Try it sometime and

imagine what the negative experience would be

like for the other person.

Traumas that you’ve suffered, both old and

new, create poisons. Here is an example of what

happens when they build up and spill out.."
